Annabel has a strong foundation in psychology, child development, and speech and language therapy. She has obtained a degree in psychology (BA, Western University, Canada) and a post-graduate degree in speech and language therapy (M.Sc., University of London, UK), and she has received many years of training in early literacy development, including the Orton-Gillingham method.

Annabel has worked in a wide range of educational and clinical settings, including public and private schools in Canada and the UK, healthcare clinics, and remote learning environments. She has worked with children and teens, parents and educators, and multi-disciplinary professionals.

Annabel is approachable and highly-respected by her peers for her high standards and ability to produce results. Her students adore her for her sense of fun, confidence and a willingness to connect with them in an authentic way. The families she supports are reassured by her skill, expertise, and belief in their child.

Her areas of expertise include early literacy and dyslexia, ADHD and executive functioning, and one’s social-emotional development that supports lifelong learning success.
